ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) FOR RESIDENTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Please be informed that as a consumer you have the right to contact your local ADR in case of disputes that you have not been able to settle directly with MYO INGATLAN KFT.

What is ADR?
ADR is a dispute resolution procedure for the out-of-court settlement of domestic and cross-border disputes arising from sales or service contract obligations between traders and consumers within the European Union, involving an ADR entity that makes a proposal or brings the parties concerned together to facilitate a friendly solution.

ADR entities are non-judicial (non-executive) entities. The ADR entity is a neutral party (i.e. conciliator, mediator, arbitrator, ombudsman or complaint handling body) through which MYO INGATLAN LTD. settles disputes when the consumer requests ADR dispute resolution. The ADR process is a low-cost, simple and quick procedure, and is therefore beneficial for both parties, as they can avoid court costs and lengthy procedures.

How can I file a complaint using the ADR process?

To lodge a complaint, contact the ADR entity in your country, see below. This ADR entity can also answer any questions you may have about the process.
